About Me
Caroline’s Bio
Caroline has been a coach and personal trainer since 2012 and has coached hundreds of people of all different ages and backgrounds. She has coached nationally ranked Ironman athletes, recreational exercisers, & people who are simply looking to optimize their health and wellness. Caroline approaches every client’s unique goals and situation as such: a unique puzzle to put together. She is an expert in health optimization and specializes in an array of topics including prenatal and postpartum fitness, endurance sport coaching, aging adults, weightloss, and lifestyle behavior change. Her coaching strengths help you optimize your exercise routine, and also your lifestyle outside of exercise. This allows you to have everything work in tandem to reach goals you didn’t even know you had.
Outside of coaching, Caroline lives in Tennessee with her husband and is a mom of a very fun, very active toddler. She works from home with him so occasionally you may see him on a call with Caroline. She has a love for movement that stems from her extensive dance background and playing almost any sport you can name. She found a passion for endurance sports at age 7 when she started running cross country and continued that passion in adulthood with road races and Triathlon. She loves to cook and share recipes with her friends and clients. If there is anything Caroline understands, it’s the insanely difficult task of balancing a family life, a career, and staying healthy. She understands that life isn’t ever going to be perfect and figures out how to help you roll with the challenges that come up to lead you to the best possible outcome.

Nutrition Coaching Services

Daily accountability on nutrition, movement, sleep or stress-related behaviors. Caroline works directly with each client to come up with a custom plan to tackle any and all behaviors related to health and wellness to optimize your life.
Included in this coaching service are bi-weekly video calls with Caroline, access to resources and articles related to the behaviors you’re working on and text/email check-ins between meetings.
Exercise Programming Services

You will receive 100% customized workouts based on your fitness level, equipment available, and schedule. This includes strength and cardio programming as needed.
Workouts will be delivered through an app.
These will be updated bi-weekly and delivered before Monday.
