10-Week Gym Jump Start Program
Who is it for?
Men and women who are just getting started on their fitness journey or new to working out at a gym.
How many days per week?
You will start with three full-body workouts and progress your way up to four workouts (two upper and two lower body) each week.
What kind of exercises?
Foundational movement patterns like squatting, hip hinging, pressing, and pulling make up the majority of the program. We want you to master the basics before moving forward to more complicated movements.
What else is included?
Each day of training will come with a warm-up, demonstration videos for each exercise, important cues from our coaches, rep ranges, rest times, and more!
