What I Expect From an Athlete:

1. Communication is paramount during a contest prep. Please communicate any issues that arise as soon as possible so that I can resolve it. Whether it be nutrition, digestion or training related.
2. Discipline and adherence. I will hold you accountable, but you will also need to be very disciplined and adhere 100% to your contest prep diet.
3. Please check in ON time and on your assigned check-in day.
4. Trust the process and DO NOT compare yourself against another competitor on contest prep. Everyone responds differently to diet and training, so it may take you a little longer or shorter to get contest ready against someone else’s progress.
